You may have been wondering, who is the guy behind all these adventures, and why does the title of the site have an E in chasing. I suspect now you're saying to yourself, "Ah, now I get it."

Yes, it is a play on my name. Be it cute or lame, the truth remains, I like to adventure. My name is Brian, I'm originally from Ohio and currently call Tennessee my home base. I like to travel. I like to see new places, and revisit old places (most times I discover something new). I like to hike. I like to kayak and canoe. I like to see remote beautiful places. I like to look at the stars at night (especially in remote places). I really like waterfalls, big and small. I like mountains. I like the ocean too. I like a lot of things, and I'm learning to like and appreciate more with each adventure I take.

So, this site... It was created by me, for me. But, while it is for me, I'm happy to share. Sure, I could keep a spreadsheet and/or a private journal of my adventures, but why not just make a public site out of it? I figure, even if nobody enjoys reading about my adventures or my reviews of the places I've been, maybe they'll still at least find something useful. Maybe I've been somewhere that doesn't have very much online content and my coordinates and map are found to be helpful. Or maybe you're just interested in seeing pictures of the places I've visited. For whatever reason you've visited my site, I hope you found what you were looking for, something useful, if not entertaining. If not, at least it's doing its initially intended job, keeping a log of my adventures that I can refer back to when I desire. In any case...
